    Hey guys,

Question is pretty straightforward do you trust the results of speed tests that you conduct using its app or website?

I am raising this question because I have been noticing increasingly these days that speedtest done on different servers but in same location providing very inaccurate results.
For ex: for a 100mbps connection server A based in Delhi will show 8-10mbps while server B based in same location will show 40-50mbps and server C will show 90+ mbps. All tests being conducted one after the other with no other device connected on same network.
This raises concern of genuineness of the test results.

What are your thoughts on this?

You can always check your download speed by downloading something. All servers are not equally fast.

And when you mask yourself behind a VPN your speedtest results increase? Clearly shows double standards by ookla.
