I mean to say that a good feature phone which can be used by our family's aged people who are not familiar to smartphone.

It will be foolishness to make a feature phone with a 4g compatible chipset which can do hell lots of things on smartphone but not in a Feature phone

Chipset has huge role in battery back up and doing this we will only get few more minutes of backup.
Rather doing this we should do some research to make to battery also smart for example: Super capacitor
