HELP What is the Process of renewal of vehicle registration?

initial 3 years in Indore, then remained unused for 3-4 years. Then again used one and half year in Solapur and after that its hardly driven.

Now again started driving but couldn't go far as Traffic Guys will start noticing the outside number plate and charging fines.

Wasn't aware that CG police is more aware. Here in Rajasthan I am driving MP's vehicle.

In these cases Delhi registration number is best. Every traffic cop outside Delhi thinks twice before stopping.
